Proofing basket and banneton liner
The liner for the dough-proofing basket has a beneficial effect on the dough. The purposely developed knitted fabric MagiCloth™ KRU reduces the risk of microbiological contamination and provides suitable rising conditions for the dough.

MATERIAL
Base material: 100% MagiCloth™ KRU technical knitted fabric, breathable, HACCP and FDA approved, dimensionally stabilised during washing, developed in collaboration with large bakeries and the best university laboratories.
DIMENSIONS
All liners are made according to the customer’s requirements, taking into account the shape and dimension of the proofing baskets & bannetons.
WASHING AND MAINTENANCE
The liner is washable. Permitted use of enzymes to break down proteins when washing stubborn stains (according to a predetermined washing procedure). Detailed maintenance instructions are included with the product.
The liner is made of soft knitted fabric MagiCloth™ KRU with a beneficial effect on the dough. The purposely developed fabric reduces the risk of microbiological contamination and provides ideal rising conditions for the dough. It is durable, ensures a long service life, and allows washing with the use of enzymes to break down proteins. It is also dimensionally stabilised with a minimum shrinkage, which is taken into account in the manufacture.
The material used is certified and complies with HACCP and FDA guidelines. Following the maintenance instructions, longer service life is expected.
All the products are manufactured according to the customer’s requirements and can be made with or without a banneton imprint. They are equipped with a sewn-on identification label, which allows traceability and better visibility throughout the production process.

Our liners for dough-proofing baskets have been used by all large bakeries in Slovenia for many years. They can be made for all types of baskets.
All products are intended for dough contact and are equipped with a declaration of conformity and maintenance instructions. We also offer washing and service for our products.
