Dough-rising cloth (pad)
The dough- rising or proofing cloth (pad) enables hygienic processing of all rising products. The purposely developed MagiCloth™ LFT fabric reduces the risk of microbiological contamination and does not stick to the dough.

MATERIAL
Base material: 100% technical fabric MagiCloth™ LFT, HACCP, IFS and FDA approved, dimensionally stabilised during washing, developed in collaboration with large bakeries and the best university laboratories.

All cloths (pads) are made according to the customer’s requirements, taking into account trays and desks dimensions, and methods of attachment.
WASHING AND MAINTENANCE
The cloth (pad) is washable. Permitted use of enzymes to break down proteins to wash stubborn stains (according to a predetermined washing procedure). Detailed maintenance instructions are included with the product.
The dough rising cloth is made of durable technical fabric that has a beneficial effect on the dough. The purposely developed MagiCloth™ LFT fabric reduces the risk of microbiological contamination. It ensures a long service life and allows washing with the use of enzymes to break down proteins. It is also dimensionally stabilised with a minimum shrinkage, which is taken into account in the manufacturing process.
All cloths (pads) are made according to the customer’s requirements, taking into account the dimensions of trays and boards, and methods of attachment.
Methods of attaching the pads:
– hemstitched,
– with Velcro on one, two, or all sides,
– hollow seamed for iron rod,
– with elastic band.
