MATERIAL
Base material: 100% technical synthetic fabric MagiCover™ KETT, reinforced, breathable, HACCP and FDA approved, intended for contact with food, developed in collaboration with large bakeries and the best university laboratories.
DIMENSIONS
All covers are made according to the customer’s requirements, taking into account the shape and dimension of the tank.
WASHING AND MAINTENANCE
The cover is washable. Permitted use of enzymes to break down proteins when washing stubborn stains (according to a predetermined washing procedure). Detailed maintenance instructions are included with the product.
The cover made of technical fabric MagiCover™ KETT provides effective protection of the interior against external physical factors (dust, flour, insects…). Due to the special manufacture of the fabric, the cover is extremely light and durable, and ensures a long service life. The use of modern technical textiles ensures the airiness of the cover and thus prevents condensation when kneading and resting the dough while the interior of the tank is kept dry.
The cover allows washing with the use of enzymes to break down proteins. It is also dimensionally stabilised with a minimum shrinkage, which is taken into account in the manufacture.
The material used is certified and complies with HACCP and FDA guidelines. Following the maintenance instructions, longer service life is expected.
All the products are manufactured according to the customer’s requirements and can be made with or without a print. We also offer a possibility of a sewn-on identification label, which allows traceability and better visibility throughout the production process. It also has a transparent PVC pocket for a delivery note or accompanying documentation.

Our covers for dough tanks have been used by all large bakeries in Slovenia for many years. They can be made for all types of tanks, used for clean tanks, or tanks with dough inside.
All products are intended for dough contact and are equipped with a declaration of conformity and maintenance instructions. We also offer washing and service for our products.
